Do you have packages available?
Yes we do. As well as individual prints and wall art we offer packages. These often present the best value for you.
Our Italian collections are very special. There are two different heirloom-quality display options and your images are printed on fine-art paper certified to last for 200 years. You can design your artwork by choosing from Italian leathers, leatherettes and linens. You can even choose ribbon colours! As soon as we submit your order, the master craftsmen of Graphi Studio in Italy will begin making your order to your exact specifications.
Do I pay a deposit?
We charge a deductible booking fee of £95. This means that when you purchase your artwork, £95 will be deducted from your final total. We will send a client agreement that details what happens in terms of cancelled sessions and refunds.
When can I collect my artwork?
As we only take on a limited number of sessions a month, we are able to ensure your artwork is with you as quickly as possible. It depends on the items you order as to how long it takes. Obviously, the handmade items coming from Italy will take longer to produce but we aim to have everything ready for you in 2-3 weeks.
What artwork options do you have?
We have sourced a range of products that will not only showcase your beautiful family but that will last due to their high quality. Whether you want a few prints, a collection of digital images, an album, something for the wall or a beautiful heirloom display, we have a range of choices for you. We send a full artwork guide and then talk you through the options when you come for your session.
Do you have payment plans available?
Yes of course we can split your payment into up to 3 parts, meaning you don't have to miss out on purchasing what you love.
Is there a minimum spend?
We have no minimum spend requirements. Simply come for your viewing and you decide what you want to spend.
