Terms and Conditions
Model Call Agreement
Your session is complementary and includes:
Up to 3 hour photography session for the reserved date and time
Viewing session 1 week after your shoot
3 complimentary digital files (worth £245)
Additional prints are available to purchase and are subject to our full price list. There is no obligation to purchase. (Prints start from £49, 3 image digital packages start from £245)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking Deposit
A refundable booking deposit of £30 is payable to reserve the agreed time and date. This is refundable at the viewing session providing no appointment was missed or cancelled
There is no session fee associated with this Newborn Model Call
Cancellation by Client
If the session is cancelled more than 7 days before the model call, we will arrange refund of the booking deposit or reschedule your appointment. IF the session is cancelled less than 7 days before the model call, or the client does not attend their agreed appointment, The Photographer will retain the booking deposit.
Cancellation by Photographer
If for any reason the Photographer is unable to attend your agreed session (due to illness or circumstances beyond their control) you will be given as much notice as possible and a full refund of booking deposit given.
Image Use
Sara Tomlin Photography reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication or other purposes. The client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner. Digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Sara Tomlin Photography. The Client will sign a model release form on the day of the photo shoot as a requirement of a model call session.
Client Usage
The Client shall only use the prints, including digital files, in accordance with the permissions within this agreement. The Client’s prints are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use or authorize any reproductions by parties other than the Photographer. The Photographer will provide a digital file print release and the Client must act in accordance with the release.
Additional Purchase
We understand that occasionally, The Client may wish to make additional purchases outside of the 3 included images. There is no obligation or pressure for The Client to do this. Any purchases made are subject to Sara Tomlin Photography’s Standard Price List and are non-negotiable.
Limit of Liability
We take the utmost care with respect to the exposure and retouching of digital captures. However, in the unlikely event that all the originals are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed within or beyond Photographer’s control, Photographer’s liability is limited to the refund of all payments received, or a reshoot can be scheduled at no additional cost.
